Time we raise up for each child - street child. 

Many children live on streets and believes that is LIVNIG. Many children are forced to beg for a square meal. To change the mindset of their parents and motivate children to study and show better future, better society Subhiksha was initiated, 

        " who knows, these children may walk India forward."

Subhiksha Voluntary Organization, a non-governmental development organization founded in 2009. An organization, that works in areas of education, health, empowerment of girl children and disaster management. Subhiksha are registered under the Societies Act with a mission to empower masses through education. Children’s education, therefore, occupies centre stage of Subhiksha’s agenda.

Subhiksha is working with children, aged six to fourteen, who come from poor families and are forced to work as beggars on trains or rag pick along with the rest of their family. We offer these underprivileged children an alternative to begging by providing them food, basic education, health checks, and a safe place to spend their day. Our hope is to provide these children with the necessary skills to overcome the chain of begging and empower them to create viable futures for themselves.

Subhiksha estimate that just in Hyderabad there are more than 5000 children who spend their days begging and rag picking. They are imparting education according to their age and level with NIOS curriculum (Open Basic Education Programme) of CBSE Board, Noida. also they are running a full fledged school and also a residential care centre in which the component of vocational training to be included for these children. Their idea is to divert them from begging profession and integrate them in to the fold of education thereby creating the process of decent and dignified life.

Subhiksha are dependent on individual donors and the support extended by them is encouraging and they are able to run the project of Begging Children's Education and health. They request your support in this initiative for creating space for the children to understand and value the importance of education and also recreation as well for their all round development.
